I mistakenly went thru Break Logic and they ripped me of for $350.00. Keep in mind I used them before and I thought they fixed the problem but they actually didn't although I thought they did.

So I went back to them because I purchased a service contract with them so when I was having more problems I of course called Break Logic. That's when I was told my service contract didn't cover this problem and had to pay $350.00 more. I feel like such an *** now and I so wished I had gone to Microsoft. First, the staff I worked with were fantastic.

I can't thank them enough for helping me with a multitude of problems that were created after dealing with Break Logic. What ever you decide to do don't make the mistake I did and call Microsoft and deal with people who know what they are doing!
