Refuse to refund my money
Microsoft has not answered any of my phone call.i had an issue with buying an Xbox card. I ended up buying the wrong card.The Walgreens seller gave me the wrong card and now they won't refund my money

Lousy service
Totally impossible to speak to a person. I have a very old Microsoft account that I wanted to change my contact phone number on.
Ive also forgotten my password and even though Iknew the answers to my security questions I was denied access because I had too many attempts with an incorrect password.

Deleted email
I called 3-4 different numbers to see about finding a deleted email and I got the same recording on every call. Zero help.

I have been locked out of my account and can't get in it it's been awhile since I could get on it and I have called customer service and no one answers .

Microsoft has stopped all human support, and there is no one to talk to at any and all phone numbers. I have an unresolved invoice issue with multiple accounts, and for two days I have been unable to contact anyone who can figure this out. Bad decision to go to AI support.

Verified ReviewerLocked out my Microsoft acct and did try all verification motheds by MS.
I know Microsoft announced no more customer service (in-person), effective in October. However, it's still in September.
My problem leads to "I can't do anything with Microsoft 365, and I have lots of responsibilities to do by the due date for bookkeeping." I don't think they care about small business owners or individuals with Windows; many small businesses or individual users have the systems at Microsoft. I am sure it won't be only my problems. Maybe some people had locked out the system just like me.
My problem is I can't reset my passwords because I had changed so many times because of different clients and got confused about passwords. I got in touch with a private IT person; their instructions were the same as mine.
Since I set up two verifications on my accounts, I first requested that you send a text and then an email to the backup email address. However, neither method worked. So, I waited to log in until the next day. Even after waiting 24 hours and trying the same methods, it still didn't work to set a new password.
Now, I couldn't access my Microsoft 365 account. I repeatedly used this method for 5 days, but I still can't reset my password. Please help me.

I have been waiting to speak to someone in customer service about my computer having a different name in it. I do not know this person and it is asking me to login his pin number.
I have never left my computer out of my site. I need help getting my computer back to its original sign in.

Cannot access Onedrive after purchase of new phone and forced e mail change
I cannot access my photos from my previous phones after buying a new phone and transferring the data from the old phone. I have spent many, many hours trying to resolve this.
I believe the problem is that after having transferred most of the information I was forced to change my main email address because Virgin media (who I am no longer affiliated with) insisted I could no longer use it. As my original Virgin media address now no longer exists and as I now have a new email address this has caused problems with what originated as Samsung Cloud and later Onedrive. I cannot remember the old passwords or even which email address was used because each time I have bought a new phone an extra email.address has been automatically created. As far as I understand it the only way to retrieve my photos would be to create a new email address again.
As I have just acquired a new email address and have informed all my relevant contacts I am loath to go through all that again. I am very upset about my 'lost' photos.
Preferred solution: Access to all my photos from what was Samsung Cloud.
User's recommendation: There are none. The fact is updating any digital device has become so complicated that it is beyond the capability of non digital experts. I have spoken to many people about similar issues to mine and we all agree that it is no longer a pleasant experience acquiring a new phone and it is better to keep the old one. e

Locked out of account
Locked out of account can't get codes now have lost Outlook. I need to speak to a person PLEASE.
I have now opened a new account with Outlook for the same email but all that does is send warnings to my recipients.
This is not an issue that can be solved by your chat line.
They just send me back to pages that tell me there is nothing wrong or that I'm locked out. Very frustrating.

Complete lockout no backup available
Not one human available if I could fix it online i wouldn't trying to call a human. Ai refuses to lead to actual help. Its like hostage hacking takeover

Today, Microsoft 365 will NOT work. It is October 29, 2025.
I tried to obtain my email using Microsoft 365 today, 10/29/2025, and it did not work. I tried several times with the help of library computer techs here in Longmont, Colorado, but they could not help me either.
I called Microsoft, they gave me a website, which also did NOT work. That is what Happened.
