I've had fraudulent activity on my account and I'm trying to sort it out but can't get through to anybody.

I want to cancel my microsoft xbox account
I have tried for several months to stop the account. I have even put a stop payment on my bank account.
They keep sending it to my bank. I don't want this service anymore. I've sold the Xbox. I have canceled the account.
I have taken it out of the box before I sold it. I have done everything you cannot get through to customer service they don't have a phone that works.
All of their links are 404 broken. I don't know what to do and this is crazy.

I called and had to wait for someone. Then, I got to speak with that person.
They said they couldn't help me and hung up on me. I need this problem fixed and addressed.

My account has been hacked and I can't get into it to change the password! I used their self-help online and it keeps telling me the session expired! This is a nightmare and no person from MS is available to help you!

Microsoft lock my account and I tried to recover it by filling out their form several times but they never reply.
As for actually speaking to customer service, well thats impossible.
I could get by without ever using any of their products, but my partner passed away a few months ago and I need to buy more cloud storage to transfer all his photos and cant. Its starting to affect my mental health. Next laptop will be Linux thats for sure.

They bluescreened my laptop. Geek Squad didn't even seem surprised when I told them.
Their whole facial expression changed like they've seen this a hundred times before. I called about audio recognition software issues.
She brought my laptop to a restore point. I let it restart, and when I booted my laptop up, there was a critical file missing, which I knew because I kept getting 'CRITICAL PROCESS DIED' - also known as BIOS, also known as the blue screen of death.

You're not doing your job and I'm the customer and I'm not satisfied because you can't help me how many times do I have to try to get help on this situation
All I want is some help not some robot I need an actual person to be able to talk to and to be able to help me on this situation with my Microsoft account but it seems all I get is robots and you guys don't want to help me because it says I don't provide enough information when you don't ask for a lot of information so that makes no sense at all. I would just love to be able to have my Microsoft account back please

my microsoft account is malfunctioning on many levels and now the company has erased any hope or chance to speak to a human. All this BS about "talk with an expert" is nothing more than talking to AI!!! VERY PISSED OFF AND CORPORATE WON'T GET ON PHONE WITH CUSTOMERS!!!

I received an email about two weeks ago saying I may have trouble with my emails. I've lost access to one of them completely. This company is totally non-responsive about it, and their online repair portal's verification is ridiculous, as I have no way to give them the information they want without access to the email.

Microsoft ‘s tech help line aka the Bermuda Triangle
My computer was compromised on 9.20.2024. Since then I cannot get Microsoft help.
1 No human to speak with.
2 Online help & chat put me in a constant loop.
So The damage to my personal records went on for days.
I have to spend my time and $$$s recovering and securing it.
Wonderful customer service Mirosoft.
With your resource (profits) you cannot offer security and immediate help with a crime?
Same on you Microsoft for taking such lax attitude with crimes that involve.
Do better. AND I AM PISSED at hackers and their enablers (Microsoft included.)
