I had cancelled my subscription but was still charged and to reach a human took 2 days and being on hold for 3 hours only to be disconnected

Not being able to speak to a live person after 2 days and on hold for 3 hours to chat only to be disconnected was ridiculous terrible system to speak to a live person

I still cannot activate windows and i did find my registration number, i applied it, and it's still not accepting it. Microsoft customer service is useless!

I cannot communicate with Microsoft to report identity theft attempts on my Microsoft account! Computerized system is very frustrating. Not user friendly! That has to change. Not everyone wants to talk to a machine. It would really help if a live operator would answer the call, so the customer could explain the issue at hand.

Post Complaints About Microsoft Online To Let Everybody Know

Company tries to "close" legitimate complaints "as if" they are judge, jury, and executioner. They are not. It is the customers in charge. Tell everyone online and elsewhere about your situation with Microsoft, and vote with your money as in do not buy anything from them, invest in the company, etc. Maybe then Microsoft will get a clue about who is really in charge. Freedom of speech and opinion. Case closed.

Microsoft - Cannot get into outlook account
I've had outlook for years, and my associated email is delaneyd1@***.net. I recently got a new computer and downloaded the 2019 outlook onto my computer. However, when I try to access outlook through selecting the application, I get redirected to a webpage version of the app, and no emails show up. I don't know how to remain in the app and not be redirected to a webpage, or how to activate my account such that I actually receive emails after logging in.

I give you ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!! I called at least 4 different 800 numbers and get the same automated attendant that puts you through hoops just to direct you to a web page and hangs up!!!!!

I'm trying to get to billing due to charges I disagree with... or someone that can fix my log-in problem, as I've been unable to access the system for months. I'm hoping the disputed charges claim that Amex is filing will get someone's attention. Goodbye.

Microsoft cares about your money, not about you. Poor customer service and performance.

Break up the company -- too big for its and its customers own good! Contact the Washing ton State attorney general's office (Consumer Complaint Division) to seek a resolution.

Microsoft does not care about you, only your money. Company is too big to handle legitimate individual complaints.

File a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's office. Don't let Microsoft or any company get away with this.

Difficult to access and billing unknown changes and obstacles to reach solutions

I have disputed charges on my credit card account and were removed, but then, after few months, they reappeared. No explanation for this can be easily obtained. Monopoly in PC market has resulted in this type of customer abuse.
