Resolved: It is unfortunate that MS customer service representatives cannot be bothered to answer a phone. Nor can they dial a phone number in order to offer assistance to a disabled person.

Company resolved the issue.

MS Office only offers Ai to the customers and that system is not customer service. The online services are not supportive of the customer needs and it is assumed that everyone types 150 words a minute and is only given two minutes to answer questions that require...

Ms representatives cannot understand that not everyone types fast and two minutes or less is an inappropriate amount of time for people to state the nature of a problem. They disconnect chats with utter rudeness. Today I am attempting to download an Office 365 program to a new computer and the customer service representative cannot seem to dial a phone number or send an email. Happy MS Office has no assistance for disabled veterans. Wow! As indicated by the photos of the customers phone log there have been no attempts to call by MS representatives.

I want to speak to some one now!!! If your gonna run a company like this you should sale it I dont like having to call tech support and all I get is a freaking computer telling me to go online and thats the problem I cant because you dang sever 2016 wiped my connections out Hmmmm from the photos where did my Wi-Fi go and connections

So a fraudulent charge for $1504 and change was charged on my account for a surface studio laptop that I obviously didn't order. The first email I received said thank you for your order it has been processed. I immediately contacted Microsoft Store since it was ordered from there BEFORE it shipped. They assured me it would not ship and I caught it on time. Well, it shipped. So I contacted them again and was then assured it would be intercepted before it got delivered. Keep in mind it took many hours out of my day to FINALLY speak to a human. I was ran in circles by automated operators. Well, it was still scheduled for delivery. The morning before it went out, I finally got ahold of FedEx, (took a few hours as well to get a human to talk to) and told them the story and it was them that stopped delivery and returned the item back to Microsoft where it came from. I tracked it all the way back to it being delivered BACK to MICROSOFT. Then I get an email from Microsoft customer support telling me that they were unable to intercept the package and it was already delivered to the intended address of the crooks. Also, they couldn't help me at all since it was out of their hands basically. No refund or anything. Advised me to contact my local authorities. Now, knowing this was false, I'd like to know who investigated this and then emailed me the false information? I mean, if anyone at all just entered the tracking number they could've seen it was returned to the sender. So they said since it was delivered to the crooks address and that FedEx wouldn't go back to retrieve the package, that I was pretty much just screwed. Which again is BS that a company like Microsoft just pretty much tells me to *** I'm on my own and to deal with it. Wow, a multi billion dollar corporation and they stick it to the little man. All the hard work I had to put in to stop this fraud, they should have given me the damn surface studio for just doing their job. Not really but just saying, it's Bs that they dealt with this situation the way they did. VERY DISAPPOINTED. User's recommendation: Do not deal with.
