Email lock out

It was awful. The first person couldnt help me and transferred me to someone else. That women answered and as I started explaining the issue she turned the waiting music back on and it transferred me to the prompts again. The third person answered and didnt say anything then hung up on me. This was all over a 40 min time span. Waste of my time. Microsoft sucks! It shouldnt be this hard to get help with this.

I cancelled my subscription and you still charged my card without my permission

i will never recommend that anyone use microsoft 365 unless u use a card from a third - party dealer. And for the life of me i don't understand why the don't want to refund my money.

Horrible

Im just trying to sign in to my office with my school 365 account, but my computer keeps telling me the Microsoft account does not exist and yet I can sing in online and access my office account online. I just want my office account to be link to my laptop. Not just a browser. I need help.

Dispute charges

Nobody did a damn thing for me because the account information didn't match the account information that was on the account but but told them my son's account was hacked so therefore they change the information on the *** account but they still use my debit card and are still trying to use it and I sent screenshots where the boy is talking about using it but they can't do nothing about it and they can't give me my money back that's *** I will contact my attorney if it's not taking care of within 3 business days I promise you that

Charge to my checking account

On 11/ 26/21 I received a charge of $ 106.99 to my checking account. Been trying to contact Microsoft for the last 3 days to get an explanation but was only able to communicate to a recording.

User's recommendation: Company need to have people you can interact with instead of recordings.
