We arrived at the store before it opened so that my son could try the virtual reality. After waiting 10+ minutes for an employee to stop playing with the system he rudely said my son was too young to try.
When I said that he was very disappointed and crying about the aituation and I was very upset about waiting so long. The emplyee just shrugged and said that we should have said something. How could we when he was plugged into the machine and not doing his job? Worst customer service I have had.
No wo der Microsoft has such poor reviews. I am going back to the apple store.
