In case you face problems with your operating system or need assistance with any other Microsoft product, you can get in touch with the Microsoft customer service representatives by phone.

Hi dear Microsoft team. This is my personal account and I am using it from Outlook on my personal laptop.

I have added this account on my phones, but for the past few months, I have not been able to log in to this account from my phones or through a web browser. The only way I am accessing this account is from my Outlook account. I have tried multiple times to get access to my account, even the verification number method is not working. It is written that somebody has tried multiple times to access my account by entering the incorrect password multiple times.

How can I verify that this account belongs to me? It's been almost 7-8 months that I am facing this issue. Please help me, or you can arrange a Skype or video call to verify that it actually belongs to me. I am only able to use this account from my personal laptop in Outlook which I have installed on it.

I can't access it from anywhere else. If you don't believe me, I am sending you my CV, you can see that my emails are clearly written on my CV. Please help me, Microsoft, I beg you.

Arrange a video call or tell your customer support team in Pakistan to contact and verify my details that this account really belongs to me. Please help.

I was never able to authenticate an account, now I'm $40 behind in my bank account. The representative told me I should just cancel my debit card if I need these transactions resolved and this is a subscription!

So I'll just keep getting charged!! I shouldn't have to authenticate an unknown account. I should be able to cancel anything by calling in and giving them my debit card information. I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a new debit card!!

What a poor way to handle a customer complaint!!! It's extremely difficult to try to get a refund for a fraudulent charge.

They bluescreened my laptop. Geek Squad didn't even seem surprised when I told them.

Their whole facial expression changed like they've seen this a hundred times before. I called about audio recognition software issues.

She brought my laptop to a restore point. I let it restart, and when I booted my laptop up, there was a critical file missing, which I knew because I kept getting 'CRITICAL PROCESS DIED' - also known as BIOS, also known as the blue screen of death.
