Enter a brief description of your issue in a text box. After submitting, you will be provided with a list of available options. Follow the prompts to get your issue resolved. In case you're not able to find a solution in the company support chat, you’ll be offered a phone call to contact the Microsoft customer service live agent. They bluescreened my laptop. Geek Squad didn't even seem surprised when I told them.

Their whole facial expression changed like they've seen this a hundred times before. I called about audio recognition software issues.

She brought my laptop to a restore point. I let it restart, and when I booted my laptop up, there was a critical file missing, which I knew because I kept getting 'CRITICAL PROCESS DIED' - also known as BIOS, also known as the blue screen of death.

I couldn't understand the man with an accent. He kept telling me I had to pay a cancelation fee to end the Minecraft subscription.

I was charged 3 times for an $8.47 monthly subscription in 3 days. Then they charged my bank account the cancelation fee.

I felt "hacked" or scammed. I also got an invoice from pay pal for the cancelation fee.

Every issue is handled by a generated voice explanation and not human interaction. If you have a complicated issue that doesn't fit the basic problems it is difficult to resolve.
