How Good is Microsoft's Customer Service?
I'm not sure I really engaged with Microsoft CS. I was in my Gmail account and got a message that it was going to be shut down for lack of use. I have several Gmail addresses and this was the one I consider primary, so of course I did not want that to happen. I use it
every day so there was no reason it should be "dormant".
At 80 years old, I need to speak on the phone to someone. Can't get anything accomplished.

When trying to cancel it’s very hard talked to customer service they told me I had to pay to unsubscribe very pissed
horrible. cannot get to a person. sent to web links with step by step procedures that do not relate to the issue. no way to get anyone to understand the particular issue.
