My one drive account is still frozen nothing has been done. Follow up has been done but nothing has happened.

Some other people are changing my acct and we can't get in to our acct to change card number been charged several months need money back.

My mom can't log in to her old account, it's connected to our Xbox, she can't remember the password. I read that you can't connect accounts to each other, I want to connect my main account to her old account.

My iCloud got hacked, and since them all my emails, bank accounts being compromised.

With gisele_gomescosta@***.com they added an unknown email as security and Im not able to change or recover my original and secure info.

I need this email since still connected to main accounts and social media personal and commercial.

I need this email to be removed and assistance on recovering my account w security. Please.

I was never able to authenticate an account, now I'm $40 behind in my bank account. The representative told me I should just cancel my debit card if I need these transactions resolved and this is a subscription!

So I'll just keep getting charged!! I shouldn't have to authenticate an unknown account. I should be able to cancel anything by calling in and giving them my debit card information. I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a new debit card!!

What a poor way to handle a customer complaint!!! It's extremely difficult to try to get a refund for a fraudulent charge.

I called a support number and the representative said I had to repurchase the 365 program. They charged $106 then, a month later, did an automatic renewal for $76 which they charged to my American Express account.

Paid for extra storage which has no materialised. Tried all suggested links which lead nowhere and have spent hours of wasted time. Please provide a human contact to sort it out

jump in the middle of yesterday's conversation. That's been long since over And just for fun, we try to call Microsoft customer support.

They got this bulldog automated system that says, goodbye. And no one ever give you no support.

Hacked without the use of the company, No help from customer support. Disgraceful services.

I am very fed up and unhappy with this company!! I tried emailing and that was returned blocked

On August 19, 24 I reported a problem with Office Word (Request #: 704917****)

I was contacted via chat with a representative. He accessed to my computer via QUICK ACCESS, and re-installed the Office 365.

Problem solved , he said. After the software was installed, I started working and the problem was not solved.

On August 23, 24, I contacted again to customer service (Request #: 704917****)about the same problem.

I was told someone will call me.

I am still waiting for the phone call. Today is September 2nd.

Wtf!!!

I've experienced fraudulent activity on my account. I attempted to sort out the ongoing issues, but now my account has been suspended. I can't get any information or speak to a real person.

Opened up Word. Typed a document, a grid appeared on the page.

How do I remove it? Unable to remove the background grid.

I got no help at all, and this is an ongoing problem! What is a person supposed to do? Just let them keep taking my money?
