Extremely poor service

I have been attempting for at least an hour through the use of computer and telephone to try to verify that a number given to me to contact in a warning that locked up my laptop. I have had no success using any device. This is making me sorry that I have Microsoft in my computers.

Poor Service.

Logged me out of my account, Screwed with my password, effectivly Locked me out, NOW I can not find any support, all the answers are the tired OLD stock Answers everybody knows about, that do NOTHING to stop a closed loop . I can change passwords all day..If MICROSOFT dfoes NOT admit it into the system it does NOTHING.

Frozen account, can't log on or get help.

Microsoft sent me a message that they needed to verify my account before I could log in. They then proceeded to give me the run-around to the point that I am so confused about what Microsoft thinks my password is I can't sign in. Every re-set attempt was denied because it didn't match. Now I can't make any more attempts until tomorrow. I was also told that my security information had been erased.This unacceptable. How am I supposed to fix this?
