I have tried to contact a live person to cancel my XBOX live account and the phone numbers that a live agent gave me never worked except for one and they never spoke english, I asked to have my XBOX live account closed and money is still coming out of my account. I've been dealing with this for 9 months.
I told the agent that I no longer have the phone number, email or password for my account but they still have my credit card number. My only other step is to put a stop payment on it but that costs 30 dollars I shouldn't have a hard time when all I want to do is cancel an ongoing billing off my credit card.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $120.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Run around total lack of helpfulness or competence.
