Not happy with service

I ordered a $15 game pass for one of my grandsons, and a $50 play for Xbox for the other through Amazon. Urey time doing this. I contacted Microsoft multiple times for assistance in getting the codes to give to my grandsons. I still dont have the codes for them! Im out the money also! When I call the number provided it just says go to the website. Same thing when I requested a call. It rerouted me back to the website. The codes both say reimbursed already. Well I didnt use them! I noticed when I signed into my account under my profile it has my name and info but 3 different pictures have come up for me. Could have I been hacked? I would love to give these boys Thierry Christmas gifts. Or get my money back

No prior notice, they cancelled hotmail. now i can't get into microsoft. after following their directions. no customer service person to assist.

i followed their online instructions, however, i can't get into the system to see my emails from Hotmail.com. my neighbor helped, it won't accept my security code. it has the incorrect telephone number, which is not my cell phone, so their security code that was given, cannot connect. i called several telephone numbers, with no results. i just want to get onto Outlook/microsoft to change my email etc. then i will immediately sign up with a different company. this is rediculous, frustrating, and downright awful. thank you for allowing me to vent.ido n

User's recommendation: if you have microsoft, suggestion is to get out of their system to avoid these problems.

I am giving this company a one star review because they refused to provide me with a live tech support person. I canceled their One Drive service a went with Amazon Drive instead.

Microsoft refuse to provide personal live tech support for One Drive customers. I switched to Amazon Drive instead.

User's recommendation: Never use One Drive from Amazin.

Not Refunded for Digital Game

Microsoft Xbox refund team will not explain to me the amount of playtime that I have to have in order to request a "14 day a refund" on a digital game. It is unfair, they're a fraud!

My son account got hacked I know who the guy is a Microsoft keeps telling me that his account didnt get hacked and they were supposed to call me yesterday and didnt and Im having a very hard time getting a hold of someone and Im getting very aggravated about it

Serious billing problem

Hi, About 2 years ago, my son subscribed to Microsoft 365 Family using an email address that HE NO LONGER USES and cannot access. For two years now, every January, I'm getting charged $100 for this subscription, which I do not need nor want. I get an email indicating the fee has been charged successfully - but I cannot cancel it because we do not have access to the email it is associated with. Please, I've tried every which way to contact Microsoft and now I'm using something called "Pissed Consumer" to do so. Please can you contact me to trace this subscription and cancel it? I want the money refunded. We have not needed this for two years. Last year, I sent emails to Microsoft and never heard anything. I'm beyond frustrated now. Please help.

Recover email- no help- phone number told me to go online

*** help to recover an email account that they claim you have wrong password. I have tried every password I could have possibly used.

Password reset

Hi, my name is Katherine and I'm trying to reset my Hotmail password, however, every time I fill out the form to reset it, I keep being told they can't verify me as the account owner. I haven't been able to get into my email for almost 3 weeks now and that has all of my work stuff in it, I haven't been able to work or do anything because I can't get into that email. I need someone to help me reset my password.

Request a refund for a purchase I did not authorize

Never got to speak to a human. MS page on cancelling subscription led me on a goose chase which kept repeating itself. I am very upset with this company.

Issues with account

Been charged for something I have not used in months finally tried to cancel my account you cannot do unless you talk to a live person which I was not able to do so don't no if I will be refunded for the time I did not use their services
