They have NOT tried to resolve any issues
Microsoft decided to charge fees for emails/storage services on accounts, when you refuse to pay they BLOCK you from sending and/or receiving emails, but ADS ARE ALLOWED dailey. They claim if you delete old messages, spam , pic, doc, or unsent messages your storage is restored, however that is NOT the case, I/WE consumers are being FORCED to pay for extra space because THEY ARE NOT restoring space after files are deleted....

Preferred solution: I would appreciate NOT being charged for an account I created 20 + years ago, It's insane how these corporations want to take your money but don't want to have a conversation regarding questions/concerns.

MS Support person Damaged my computer environment
I received support from Microsoft Support person called Ejiro Ewhubare.
It was taking up to 1 minute for me to create a new MS Word document with a message displayed Contacting Server
Ejiro directed me to go to Regedit and to rename the Key Outlook to Outlook.old
Since then I have been unable to use Outlook and all my settings have been lost.
My archive.pst file is over 25 GB in size, and it looks like it has wiped it from my computer and is now downloading all the emails over the past 15 years from the server.
In retrospect I should never have taken the action that he directed me to do.
But I assumed he knew what he was doing, and could simply change back the settings that he told me to change.
Now I cant contact customers as I dont have access to the past email conversations that we have had.
This would never happen with Apple support.
Do Microsoft not care about the training or experience of the support people, or thee damage they can do to their customers business?

I am calling with a fraudulent Transaction

Cant get into account
Locked out of account. No support.
I was asked to sign into my laptop and realized I needed to reset the password. Although I followed everything the system asked of me, I was unable to access account.
I requested a pin code to my phone number 3 separate times and every single attempt stated the PIN code was incorrect. There seems to be no way to contact Microsoft for support on this except by submitting something that will take up to 24 HOURS for them to respond. Why is it so hard to provide actual human customer service?! How lazy and inconsiderate can a company be!
Absolutely worst experience ever! If I didnt need Microsoft, I would not have it nor would I ever recommend anyone to ever get it!
Preferred solution: I would like for the company to provide an option for people to actually get customer service. Provide a telephone number to call or a chat service for members to turn to.
