I'm receiving many legit e-mails into my Junk box

Hi, Is there something wrong for the past 2 days with your spam filters? E-mails from my clients started to land in Junk box for the past 2 days - before they was received in my main box. I did not change anything in my box settings - all of my clients use mailing system in order to send their emails. They all updated DNS records in their domain in order to be legit senders. Spam assasin grades an email 10/10 - yet lands in Junk I'm seeing SFV:SPM in headers - but whats the reason? Please aid me with this ASAP. BR, Itshak.

Nothing new. Microsoft never cared about its customers and never will.

They did not even acknowledge the emails and calls from me. That’s why I m and will always be an Apple Customer FOR LIFE!!!

Windows update caused laptop to crash

Cost me $99 and several hours to get my issue resolved by the laptop manufacturer, Dell. No response received from Microsoft when advised of the issue.

User's recommendation: Be aware.

Got number from pissedconsumers.com. I need to know why I have to pay to upgrade Windows 10 on my laptop. I didn't have to when I updated my laptop a couple years ago.

In 2016the free update went away. If you activated any upgraded Windows 7 or Windows 8 after September of 2016. You are not running illegal software.

I want to cancel subscription

My email account has been blocked for two months so why should I keep paying for your product if you cannot help me get back into my account. The money you take every month for Microsoft Office 365 is under the same email account and my bank account is attached to that email address. I cant get my statement or see my emails so I want to cancel the office subscription and I want my money refunded. No one will speak with me so I dont want any more money coming out of my account for your company.

I want to cancel subscription,and get my money back

I wanted to try the 1 month trial for free, but it didnt give me a month it charged me right away. And it charged me 3 times for it. I canceled my subscription but I would like you to put the money back in my card

Poor technical support

I have been working with customer support (4 different technicians) since Oct 23 and have not gotten my email sending or receiving emails. I have finally been sent over to the outlook.com research team with a case number [Case #:101223****]. It is now Oct. 27 and I was supposed to be called back this morning by Outlook.com Research team. Now they say "our callback tools are down at the moment and due to which, me or my colleagues aren't able to reach you. " Are they on the moon? How can they leave their customers without email for 6 days? That is entirely too long.

I need a phone number where I can talk to someone as I cannot sign onto my account and the websites can't help you
