Computer down

Someone tried to use my computer illegally and my computer locked up. It said to call an 855 number but all I get is a busy signal.

I canceled my account and there is still a bill taken out of my account. I would like a refund theres two transactions on my account for 15.89 that I didnt authorize. Is there a way to speak with customer service.

The "help" is non-existant

I was never able to access any kind of support. I called the numbers provided, and each one ended up sending me to the same useless website that only provided blog messages for fixes that did not relate to my problem. Now I am going to have to take this thing into a shop and hope that someone there can fix it without losing any data that was on the system. Windows 11 and its support are useless.

User's recommendation: DO NOT INSTALL Windows 11 until they figure out the bugs.

Confused on work being done by tech support

I believe I was actually hacked. I was trying to confirm that it was actually Microsoft that was fixing my security. All I needed was a person to talk to for 2minutes. My screen had frozen with a screeching sound and a pop up with Microsoft logo and number. I was fine with it until I had to buy a $149 protection policy to have them work on it. Needing my computer, I eventually bought the policy. I was getting increasingly uneasy and finally turned my computer off. I tried several times to find a contact number with Microsoft but could only get into a menu where I needed to pay to get help. Then I found the warning that the pop up was not in fact Microsoft even though it had your logo. I then changed my passwords, cancelled my credit card, contacted my bank, daily checking that money isnt being taken out of my bank account. All this could have been avoided if there was just a phone number and a real person to call at Microsoft. User's recommendation: Someone to talk to!

Refund My Money

i need my money refunded, i had two different payments of 99.99 come out of two different account within 1 day of each other so it took 200.00 all together, and i need to speak to someone about refunded my money please. i havent been able to get anyone on the phone but i would like to speak to someone or have yall fix this asap!

Hello, I am kulvir dhaliwal. 6 month ago I made my account on Microsoft office but now I forgot my email address and password and I dont know how to discontinue monthly fee. I tried to contact you but I didnt get any response from web site. Microsoft - Charges to my bank account
I DO NOT have a Microsoft account. My debit card was charged money and I do not have any Microsoft accounts. I have no computer. I have no video game system. I want my dam money back and I want it now! Every dam number you people give to dispute something leads to going online to register on my Microsoft account. I DONT HAVE A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT AND WANT MY MONEY!
