Return an item

I purchased the wrong keyboard & want to return it for the correct one. After 5 phone calls, 3 disconnects & 3 hours on the phone i have no resolution to my problem. Was primised a call back 2 hours ago & no call. Very disappointed. For a class a world known tech company, my experience so far has been appalling. Next purchase will be frim Amazon.

User's recommendation: As far as customer service with Microsoft, I'm appalled. There doesn't seem to be any.

Hello, I purchased a Surface Duo via Big Apple Buddy as I'm based in the UK. Despite being so careful with my new device the thin plastic around the charging port has cracked and I need to return it for repair. I'm happy to pay the shipping costs to the US. But I've tried with no success with the support pages of the website because as I live in the UK I can't raise this repair. Please advise what I need to do please. I really hope you can help. Thanks

Order status shows as pending after 6 days

I still havent got a call from Microsoft. Paid for Xbox a week ago and my order is still marked pending. There is no way to get someone on a call!!!

Ive spent 4 days trying to contact and do online support...none of these charges were okayed by me.

You guys keep charging my card with my son's account that I have never okayed you did it for years with my mother's card and offered me a gift card a couple years ago and I let it slide and let you guys keep your money now you're doing it again to my bank card that I pay my bills off of that you are continuously charging if the money is not put back I will take further action I want my money deposited back onto my bank card immediately

Spam Junk Mail

I have my safe senders list ON. Yet I receive 20-30 spam mails in my inbox daily. MS app sucks, what is the point of clicking on junk mail or phishing when junk continues to go into the inbox?. I am sick of seeing *** get hard, penis etc emails going into my inbox when I don't even look at *** I have been complaining about this for almost 3 years now. How long does it take to get outlook to the way it was, it worked now it doesn't. Safe senders list should work why doesn't it. I going virtual only is a JOKE. A computer can't fix everything. If it did I wouldn't be send this. I pay for this service yet I have to deal with an incompetent robot? How *** our world is getting. FIX this Problem. I am tired of junk mail going into my inbox when I have safe senders ON.

FED UP OF MICROSOFT

I have been back and forth trying to gain access to my Hotmail account and not one agent seems to help. It's been 2 weeks, and I am currently locked out my account. 3 agents was supposed to rearrange a call for me since Tuesday and today is Monday and not a phone call as yet. I am really pissed off at this moment, why do I have to wait so long for an agent to contact me. I tried calling and no answer. THIS IS POOR.

Microsoft are uncontactable despite hours of trying, they will not be held responsible for their actions that destroyed the use of my computer. What a bunch of frauds.

About six months ago the Microsoft updates download failed on my computer. It then tried to restore my system. It worked that time, but two weeks ago it failed again and then failed to update my system. The computer was totally unresponsive, and I had no internet obviously to find out what to do. I live in a remote region and no help was available. The only thing I could do was get a loan (I'm a disabled pensioner) and buy another computer which cost $1598. THEN Microsoft decided I had to pay for another version of Microsoft Office. I had a perfectly good version of windows and office paid for on my old computer. Microsoft are completely uncontactable, and therefore unaccountable. I have tried everything. This is fraud. I will be taking my complaint to the ACCC in Australia and the ACSC as well. Microsoft is not to be trusted. I have now downloaded some shareware, but Microsoft owes me for the $1598 and replacement of my software. (I obviously have paid for windows again in the new computer). The minute you cannot contact a company to complain, you know they are a bunch of scammers. I am now in the process of taking them to court in Tasmania.
