My xbox failed numerous times and now its out of warranty

If you take microsoft to court because of numerous failures they will claim that there is a 90 day warranty.They say its covered for a year but they haven't changed the written warranty.
And what if your unit spends a lot of time in the shop.Thats warranty time wasted when it wasn't even in your possession.
And by the way when you sue them the won't even send a lawyer in their defense.They'll have some flunky sales rep thats already in your area show up.
Talk is cheap microsoft change the written warranty
