Microsoft complaint
Needed help with an error message while downloading TurboTax--it said it was a microsoft.net error 25007. I called microsoft FOUR times, waded through voice-prompt ***, then finally got through. I spoke to a rude customer service person, had to answer all sorts of personal-info questions. She kept talking over me and wouldn't listen. I tried to read the problem to her, as written on my desktop, then was hung up on while I tried to explain the problem. I am so tired of people from other countries not listening to consumers! I DESPISE Microsoft "support"--because it isnt. Jerks!

Did you try to contact his/her manager? Can you give me more details about who was the person (email id would do) with whom you talked to and got this experience?

If phone was cut in the middle, did they contact you again? The experience you are talking about, would never happen with Microsoft Support, being an Internal Guy, I know our processes and we always go extra mile for our customers! If you have any problems talking to "Other Country" (btw, they are with Microsoft, because they are Super smart) people on your issue, you can inform them about your preference and they will make sure you get your native brother/sister to work with!

Get in touch with me with any bad experience that you might have felt and we can go in depth about it, I would make sure they apologize for it and give you proper resolution to any issue.

Thanks for the feedback.
