i have windows xp home i did all the updates online and everything every computer i even owned with it on it all this operating sysytem will do is crash i tested it on 14 different comptuers start munu dissapears icons dissapear all the time this is right form the disk installing then going to get updates right from there sight. This comapny would not know how to buld an OS if it bit them in the *** end. when they learn how to buld an OS some one needs to contact me as for now i refuse to buy anything else form the company all they have done was piss me off i bought it when it first came out now they have sent me a newer sick because i have had so much problems but it is the way they bult it. it is nothing but an unstable OS i hope in time they will fix this bug's before the people who buy the OS have to suffer when they fix all the bugs out before they release it will be a lot better. they have yet to fix xp i think they can not fix it so they give up and put vista out.

you are telling me that 3 computers are all crappy let me have dell call you because you are saying my brand new dell is crappy i think dell will have no problem fileing a law suit with you for saying they make crappy computers.

i am an a+++ computer tech and you calling me being a "user erro" get real when you wake up i am trained to do this stuff. i bought a bad copy of your system at walmart and no one cares so you have did me wroung and i will not buy nothing from you any more i have filled with the bbb.org a number of times i am not trying to get nothing for free it is just you'r customer service is not worth nothing now if i buy vista and get the same problem i will call the press you better make shore vista is not the same problem.

I think this is a good example of "USER ERROR" the XP operating system is completely stable you just have a crappy computer or don't know how to operate your computer worth d*ck
