I have been trying to use this software unsuccessfully for 6 months now. There are no instructions on how to use the charts that are no longer in the format of a chart wizard. Many of the tools are hidden and the only way to find them is to do multiple internet searches for the information and if you are lucky you might find someone that has figured out how to do what you are trying to do?. There is not support in place to help with the software unless of course you want to pay extra for "tech support":. I am disgusted and very upset with this purchase/. Not only that but it is not compatible with earlier versions of Microsoft office; which when trying to save assignments for classes that instructors or other members only have Microsoft 2003 makes it difficult for them to read or see the formatting/. It also is impossible to alter the file after you have saved it to be compatible with 97-2003 versions.. If I were not required to have Microsoft Office tools for my MBA program I would get a refund".

I would recommend if at all possible Do Not Purchase This Software..

Nothing but problems?.

What were these programmers thinking? 2003 had a perfect design. The menu and icons were dynamic and easy to use. I have used this product for nearly two decades and can practically create a spreadsheet blind folded. Now, it takes me 20 minutes just to figure out how to set a print range. Who is the *** that dreamed up this crap?

Ever hear of Open Office? I have yet to buy a single license of MS Office. I open work and save Office 97, 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007 files. Be they word, excel, power point what ever no probs.  

 

I have also, after 9 months, convinced my software distribution department to go with Open Office. Per license we save $75.
