Well, It's really a combination of times that I use them, with the store front they have problems understanding the Falkland Islands, I always have to get them to give me the link to the Falkland's page, If I don't I always get classified as somewhere else. I went to an online chat with one of their tech. reps. after about an hour of looking for the answer through Google and Microsoft's tips/help section, for a problem I was having with Excel. What made it worse was that I spent another 30 minutes of verification to get to this guy at the "Answer Desk" and he me that he cant help and the service I need costs money. Ten attempts by net and phone; 3 terminations by techs on net after describing programming alert; by phone hour and half, explaining over and over and tech's speech often intelligible except for reciting standard statements; net message to expect survey questionnaire which never came; phoned and eventually connected to supervisor who said particular tech would solve, but that one had no idea;... I just had a very frustrating and useless waste of 2 hours during my second time trying to get my phone replaced. I bought the 1520 Lumina from Microsoft with the warranty. I just perched a surface Pro 3. I contacted microsoft to help me clean my lap top their technicans took over a month to try and fix the damage they caused then told me i had to pay to have the damage they did fixed or they could sell me another lap top Add comment

Called Pre-Purchase Tech Support. Needed know about Team Foundation Server. They kept reading off the script. After asking me a bunch of questions they would end up forwarding me to someone else. Why, they did not have enough product knowledge to leave the script and help me out. Seven iterations of that. Called Corporate Office for direction.
